Friend "budget" gaming Build

My friend asked me to help him spec out a relatively budget build sort of around 1500 for gaming and streaming.

He sent me this a baseline but i know you guys are amazing at helping with this sort of thing so any advice would be great.

Not sure on the specific models but I know its 2 1920x1080 HDMI monitors.

You haven't included Windows: I presume this means you already have a licence to use. Also, there are a few things that I think may have gone out of stock since that link was sent.

I'd actually suggest getting a new 1440p 144Hz display (between £250 and £300) and a much more capable PC. That will come in under £1500 and be a way better experience. In some ways it's weaker (e.g. CPU), but they won't be that significant for the purposes you're talking about.
