Freezing/crashing issue

*spec below*
I've got an issue where once I've opened a game and played, can range from 5minutes to a session of gaming. once i exit the game my computer freezes, cant close anything the start menu is open but not accessible, apps like discord don't work. i cant open task manager and if its already opened that crashes as well nothing can be clicked.

if i ctrl+alt+delete to restart/shutdown that brings me to a "restarting" or "shutting down" loading circle that never does shutdown or restart, the only fix is to either hold the power button or to switch at the back and unplug.

i don't know if it was the cause but i had recently predownloaded the new FC25 game, and this is when the problems have started.

The BSOD Doctor
Can you do two things for me to collect troubleshooting data please....

1. Navigate to C:\Windows\LiveKernelReports. Under there may be many sub-folders, check in every sub-folder and upload all dumps (.dmp) that you find.

2. Even though you're not betting BSODs please download the SysnativeBSODCollectionApp and save it to the Desktop. Then run it and upload the resulting zip file to a cloud service with a link to it here. The SysnativeBSODCollectionApp collects all the troubleshooting data we're likely to need. It DOES NOT collect any personally identifying data. It's used by several highly respected Windows help forums (including this one). I'm a senior BSOD analyst on the Sysnative forum where this tool came from, so I know it to be safe.

You can of course look at what's in the zip file before you upload it, most of the files are txt files. Please don't change or delete anything though. If you want a description of what each file contains you'll find that here.
