FPS dropping and bios settings

I've just got my pc had it for about a week and my fps keeps dropping and the bios settings keeps changing itself from gaming and media editing to daily computing how do I fix this

Do you have some software installed on the desktop either from the motherboard manufacture or third party that is over-riding the settings? Are you actually saving the changes you make when existing the BIOS?
 
No I don’t the only soft ware I have installed is the page for the graphics card and I have been saving them but it always changes back and i’m not sure why

I would call PCS and ask whether that BIOS setting actually does anything useful on your build. It may be changing back because it's redundant.
