Quite right! Every morning I feel like an 80 year old when getting out of bed....despite only being 44

(Disclaimer: This poster apologises for any offense caused to 80 year olds....it is meant purely for illustrative purposes and not to say that all 80 year olds are, well, old )

My mum is 91 & I regularly tell her that if I'm doing as well as her when/if i get to her age I'll be very happy

This reminds me of my earlier days when I was a nurse working on a heart ward. We once had a gentleman come in for a pacemaker....at the age of 106!! He was as fit as most 70 year olds and, apart from the heart issues (which were solved with the pacemaker), he was fully mobile, active and independent

She only gave up driving this year..........
