I presume the beeping occurs when you first start? Are the beeps long or short?
Where do you see the flashing light?

Edit: If flashing light is on the top of the case at the front, beside the power button, it's the HDD activity LED, it will flicker whenever the HDD is in use, totally normal.

The beeping is one long 3 short, The flashing light is flashing the exact same as the one on the SSD so could that be it aswell?

I'm pretty sure it's a Gigabyte motherboard, so those beeps are related to a GPU error. But you can get GPU beeps if your monitor is not turned on when you start PC, but it will still boot and work normally. I presume this is what happening here?

I’m at work at the moment but that could make sense is the SSD alright that’s what I’m most worried about

If the flashing light is on the top of the case panel, then yes, I don't think it's an issue.

Nothing to worry about then. As long as it booting up and playing games with no issues, all seems fine and normal.
