Hi Danny. Honestly it's not the greatest machine in the world! You can probably get something that works better for you. But the key questions: what is your budget? What will you be using the machine for? And what monitor will you be using with it?

Thanks!

What would it be used for what would the max budget be and what monitor will you be using and when posting a spec could you include it all including the config link

I only have about £700-£800 to play with and I will be using it for gaming and with the monitor I only have a small TV for now until I get a but more money to get a good quality monitor.

There is a way you can get a build for this price, although it's not ideal. It uses AMD's new CPU's with integrated graphics (effectively graphics built into the CPU) which will give a playable experience on more basic games for now with the idea that you're able to add in a dedicated GPU for a much improved experience once the market settles. For some expectation managment I'd give the video below a watch.

The other thing worth mentioning is consoles. If you're looking purely to game, the new consoles offer fantastic value. The Xbox Series X also offers keyboard and mouse operation if that's something you'd be interested in. With the money you have you could afford a current gen console and a nice monitor to go with for a vastly improved experience

The build below should give you a fairly solid base to expand upon that uses the 5600G. If you have a pre-existing PC or laptop you can transfer the Windows licence from, that would free up £80 or so which you could put towards this build.

Case
LIAN LI LANCOOL 215 GAMING CASE Solid airflow case with RGB if that's your thing
Processor (CPU)
AMD Ryzen 5 5600G Six Core CPU with Radeon™ Graphics (3.9GHz-4.4GHz/19MB CACHE/AM4) CPU we need for the intergrated graphics
Motherboard
ASUS® TUF GAMING B550-PLUS WiFi (DDR4, USB 3.2, 6Gb/s) - ARGB Ready! Solid midrange motherboard that includes WiFi
Memory (RAM)
16GB Corsair VENGEANCE DDR4 3600MHz (2 x 8GB) AMD loves fast RAM and 16GB is the standard for any gaming build these days
Graphics Card
INTEGRATED GRAPHICS ACCELERATOR (GPU)
1st M.2 SSD Drive
1TB INTEL® 670p M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD (up to 3500MB/sR | 2500MB/sW) Speedy NVME SSD that should get you off the ground
Power Supply
CORSAIR 750W TXm SERIES™ SEMI-MODULAR 80 PLUS® GOLD, ULTRA QUIET Much higher quality PSU than in the build posted above. Will also happily allow for the addition of a decent mid-range GPU
Power Cable
1 x 1 Metre UK Power Cable (Kettle Lead)
Processor Cooling
STANDARD AMD CPU COOLER Will be fine for the 5600G
