Spyder has answered this questions pretty bang on. That said, I believe in a slightly different angle for the case choice. I refuse to believe the PCS Spectrum with a huge mesh front and 4 included fans has bad airflow. But users have reported the fans being quite loud for their liking and they aren't 3 pin/ 4pin fan header controlled, limiting how much you can adjust them. I think it's a fantastic looking case from the pictures but once you get it home, you might just being a bit dissatsifed with it.
On the other hand, the Lian Li 215 is a case from a reputable company that has been well reviewed, plus those large fans can spin slower for lower noise or faster for lower thermals. It's worth spending the extra for that step up in quality.
For WiFi, it's easier to add it to a spec in the expectation someone needs it then remove it if they don't instead of not have it and have a user realise they can't use their PC because they don't have WiFi connectivity.
Both the specs I've shown only have WiFi on the motherboard, there isn't a WiFI card in there

The 2060 Super doesn't make sense financially or performance wise for 1080p. It's also meaning you have a much worse storage layout and PSU which is really not what you want. I have posted a build above that's significantly better balanced than this for less than your £1350 budget
Also, 550W will limit your ability to upgrade in the future, especially with the CV series which is designed for office computers. The 128GB SSD is pretty pointless- too small and much slower than the slowest M.2 drive. If you are now needing WiFi, select a motherboard with it included or the AX200. Your build is a significant backward step from those you have been recommended.
