As Martin has mentioned, the configuration link would be very useful. Also, what monitor do you plan to use with this PC Make and model or resolution and refresh rate would be ideal!

As far as I'm aware PCS isn't VAT registered in Slovenia (hence why the prices are the same for pre-tax and post tax on the configrator) meaning you'd get quite a nasty surprise when it got to Customs and you were asked for another few hundred euros for VAT. Assuming you want to pay 1500 euro's total, we should add a buffer into the budget for this fee. Sales tax looks to be 22% in Slovenia meaning we're looking at spending about 1.250 EUR. I'd contact PCS to double check this is the case (I'm fairly certain it is) just to make sure. This does mean we've had to scale back the build rather but it should still be a decent little performer.

It's not really fees that take up that price. It's the VAT/ Sales Tax. It's generally included in the price tag of the items you purchase (unless you live in the States or Canada) so it's something you don't really notice when buying. As PCS isn't VAT registered in Slovenia, it's added on after the fact once it reaches customs so it's a good idea to have a buffer so you're prepared. Again, I'd suggest contacting PCS to make sure this is indeed the case, but I'm fairly certain it will be!
