hey everyone was just looking for some feedback on this pc build ive made up as its my first PC, would hope too try make it last and upgrade it in the future.
This build is about 2.9k looking to spend around 2.5k-3k. Also willing to get a 240ghz monitor to make the most of this build. The computer will be used mainly for everyday gaming, trying to get some good FPS to make the most of the experience thanks for your time and feedback everyone.

240Ghz monitors are the future.

For pure gaming Zen 3 is a significant improvement on Zen 2.

You should also specify the monitor resolution and the types of games you plan on playing.

Motherboard - You're overspending on the motherboard, unless you're planning on doing extreme OC'ing then a B550-F is more than adequate, or an X570 if you plan on making use of its features (double PCIe x4).

Storage wise - you should go with at least 1 very high performance drive. Both SSD drives you've included use QLC NAND which does not offer the best performance/durability.

Offhand, you need a much better cooler and Wi-Fi card; CPU is a generation old; motherboard doesn't need to be that high

Just realised I put in a 1TB Samsung drive instead of the 500GB I planned....However, given it's only £60 more for double the storage and the budget allows, why not?

You will very very easily hit 240fps with the above setup for comp FPS games anyway.

No stick with 850w itll allow you to upgrade your gpu in future if you wish to do so also wont bottleneck anything like gpu or cpu etc 850w is a great sweet spot

Most normal humans will struggle to see any difference much above 120 FPS, so 240 Hz is generally wasted. No human will be able to see anything after using a 240 GHz monitor, as their eyes will be fried by the microwaves.

Never mind...I decided to do a new spec. This would suit your purposes giving you a newer CPU etc...not convinced you really need such a high level CPU unless you are playing highly intensive CPU bound games like flight sims etc
