Hello, if you're willing to lower the settings, I believe something like this could provide a decent entry-level experience.

That's really the minimum; anything less doesn't make sense to me.

EDIT: I think it's worth noting that your monitor is too large for that resolution, resulting in too low PPI.
I would not exceed 24'' for Full HD resolution.

ASUS TUF B650, like most of the decent motherboards nowadays, features built-in WiFi 6

There are no 4060 16GB GPUs.

A 4060ti 16GB exceeds your budget; instead, a 4060ti 8GB is better than a 4060 (around £90 more). :)

EDIT: I posted the minimum specs, which I personally would not go below. Actually, I would never purchase that build.

Thats the highest i would go and its all really confusing but i want to get a decent one that i could upgrade and that would play games at a stable fps.

Also does the CPU on it now bottlneck the GPU.

I wouldn't advise the 8GB 4060ti. In some games this card will run much faster with 16GB and this will only get worse with future game releases and patches.

It is totally a personal preference.
Personally, I believe that 1440p resolution is optimal for gaming, so I would require a mid-high-end PC capable of it, which would cost not less than £2000.

With approximately £1600, you may create something better (for example, a Ryzen 7 7700 and a 4060ti 16GB or AMD 7700XT).

I agree with @stegor on the 4060ti 8GB; if the OP's budget is up to £1600, a 4060ti 16GB (or AMD 7700XT) would be a much better option. As course, everything relies on the budget. (y)

Honestly, we won't get far until you establish a maximum budget. :LOL:

On such build, I would definitely change the Motherboard (Prime is very low-end), Case (it's not just a metal box), and CPU to a non-x version or better 7800X3D.

Final maximum budget is £1800 i may as well get something better haha.

what about a ryzen 7 7700?

I only chose the case cause i liked it it and i prefer a full tower case thats white.

Not sure about motherboards so i'll take suggestions. Would a TUF be better than a prime?

I would consider something like this for around £1800, capable of running a decent 1440p.

It's important to remember that, while Radeon GPUs offer very good overall performance, they struggle with Ray Tracing.
If NVIDIA technologies (DLSS, RT, and FG) are crucial, you should slightly boost your budget and get a 4070 SUPER.

The difference between 1080p and 1440p is not something meaningless, IT'S HUGE, it's far bigger than going from 1440p to 4k. For performance vs visuals 1440p is still the winner over 4k IMHO.

So getting to that tier now is a really good idea as that will set you for the next 10 years really happily (with a few gpu upgrades in that time)

If you are considering a monitor in the future, this is the one I'd keep my eye on, for the price currently there is nothing that comes close to it under about £600

It's been so popular it sold out really quick but they're bound to restock it soon, so keep your ears out

It's cheap too, normally under £300
