Adjusted the build. Big change was downgrading GPU to 3060ti, this will handle 1440p 144hz gaming just fine, and frees up some money to upgrade other areas.
Fractal Define 7 has great airflow and is quiet.
Boosted your Storage to have a superfast 980 Pro for your OS and programs and a 1TB m.2 for your games library.
Got a top of the range cooler, functionally same as the H115i Platinum but has less RGB which doesn't matter as it's all hidden away anyway.
Upped the PSU to 850W for any upgrades you might want to make down the line.

What's your monitor budget? Although monitor prices in France might not be the same as in UK...
Thanks a lot. with the changes, can the pc handle streaming too? and wanted to know what is the difference between the motherboard. For the monitor I was thinking about £300 budget.

Streaming at 1080p should be ok, the 3000 series graphics cards have cores dedicated to encoding, basically the GPU takes some of the streaming work so your CPU doesn't get overworked.
The Strix motherboard is the next level up, with better VRM, heatsinks, and overclocking support. It is a good mobo but not really needed unless you're going with a 5900x CPU.
Samsung Odyssey G5 is a great 1440p monitor, highly endorsed by @Martinr36 and currently available for £299.

Thank you so much for your help, this seems to be the perfect build for me and I'll buy this monitor. One more question if I wanted a secondary monitor only for internet browsing and office work can I go with a 1080p?

Glad I could help! This build should last you 7-10 years, and the only component you should need to upgrade is the graphics card.
A secondary monitor can just be a basic 1080p 60hz display, doesn't need to be a 'gaming' monitor :)
