Finances accepted... order still no

Hey guys,
I am having a problem with my order...
I allready send the paymant but my order is not yet coming and I dont know if it is on the way or not... and i am afraid i lost my money.
The finances was allready accepted... but nothing was happend..

Can you help me?
I try to call you and the finances company but nobody respond...

You could try calling PCS. They should know whether your finance has been accepted or not. I'm quite certain you won't lose any money.

When were you accepted? There would be a delay between the acceptance of the financial agreement and the start of the process with PCS. You can't lost your money, you have signed a contract.

Like I said... I try to call PCS and the finances company.. but nobody respond.
I complet the finances online, after that they got my 10% from my order total... and nothing... Screenshot_2016-04-25-15-59-25-1.png

Also remember that unless you ordered a pre-built machine it will take a while to get through the queue and then be built - it should state an estimated date on the email you should have received after ordering - if you have not received any email confirmation then make sure you check your email spam folder.

You should be able to check you order status on the PCSpecialist main web site as well, but as previously said your money will not have been lost.

If that picture is how it currently looks (ie. it doesn't have a processing date) you need to call PCS to see why, you may have to wait a while for a response if their lines are busy.

This is the probelem, should i need to recive something from finances company to complete?

on my order details is show only: "finances accepted"
Just this..
And i did not recive any emails..

There is no way any of us on here can resolve this for you. You really need to call PCS, I'd do that tomorrow. As Rakk says, be prepared to wait they are usually very busy.
