Finally placed my order! Now the wait begins!

Well i got a email yesterday saying it was built and going into testing and quality control.

Got an email this morning saying its not built and waiting for parts.

sigh, bloody merry-go-round atm! Seems like my entire computer was out of stock, so i amend it, then get something else sprung

Probably best to leave it how it is then, as you'll be in a queue for the parts, so you don't want to be hopping out the queue into another one.. Patience young one!

I'm now 11th working day but still pre-production. Trying to find out when it will go onto being built. I was told on thursday it would be 48hrs but that doesn't seem likely now. Still haven't received any emails regarding missing stock or anything, so not sure why its taking this long.

They removed my note about waiting on the HD now (was fully assembled but for that part) but its still in building at the moment. I assume they got the stock in and its getting put in, or its in the transition between building and testing! fingers crossed anyway!

I was going to phone but just realised I left my phone in my locker at work, so wont have it until 6am tomorrow..... Trying to the live support on the web site but I've been waiting just over an hour now

Ok make that 2hours now! usually I get connected quickly but today it kept saying I was number 1 in the queue and the wait was 1minute.

As I posted that, the chat then said that the representative has now left. No one ever joined.... Ive tried it again and now 4th in the queue..............

Just trying to find out whats going on with my order... was told on Thursday that it would be in the build phase either friday or today at the latest, but its still in the pre-production day, and thats where its been for 10 working days now 11 working days in total. not angry or anything just want to know if anything is wrong and thats why its taking a little longer, and how much longer I should expect to wait.

Yeah get what ya mean dude, best bet is to give them a call, but assume you already know that. It will be worth it in the end though dude.

Gave PCS a call this afternoon. My pc is now being built! 12 working days so far! Hopefully have it by the end of the week!

Mines now moved onto Quality control. Looks like there is a chance it will come by friday. Bit worried as no one will be home. Might have to call a sicky when I know what day its coming.

Well there is no notes on it anymore where bits have been out of stock etc. It did say last week that it was build apart from one part (which i assume is there now since they removed the note.) I'm just assuming its in a que for testing etc. Ill probably contact PCS to get an idea after dinner if there are no changes etc!

heh i got an email today saying there was no GTX 590's in stock (even though i ordered two 580's) so i telephoned to enquire and its sorted now. They told me on the phone its just in the que to go into testing now! So early next week i'm guessing? Unless they get it all done tommorow. One can dream But yeah, be worth it when it comes, can actually start playing my stockpile of games then

Witcher 2 is waiting to be unleashed. Mine is in quality control as well, hoping to get it before Saturday.

I got an email at 7:25am this morning saying mine has been dispatched! So all things going to plan I should get it tomorrow. Photos and a review will appear shortly after receiving it!

Been built but still in building....been like that for two days. So your guess is as good as mine at the mo probs in a dusty corner forgotten about knowing my luck

Bertha is here!!!!! Just finished setting her up!! and this is the first thing I am doing on her! Photos will be up shortly once I've had a good play around!!

All I'm going to say is I can't be Happier!! Thank you so much PCS perfect job!!! Can't fault the service or product in anyway (yet haha) Even Yodel came up trumps and the box was the cleanest I've ever seen after being through the delivery process. Also I don't know if it was a mistake by PCS or Yodel or if PCS were just being kind to me after making me wait 14 working days, but I selected standard delivery and they actual sent it on Priority! so it came at 8:11am this morning.
