After careful consideration i've decided just to wait for the new chipset, better to get a full working computer than a faulty one.

Been very busy lately with work so couldn't be posting much. The new PC is brilliant! Couldn't ask for better quality apart from a few issues, only one on the suppliers part.

1. Sound card failed on day one and started producing a occasional cracking noise and after a few hours of use, got more frequent.

2. Heard a wierd crackling noise coming from case (like something obstructing the fan)
and got worried it was the PSU, opened it up to find a label from a cable had gotten in the way of the processor fan.

Very very good quality from PCS, but another question.

If i install more ram, is my warrently void?

1. has it been replaced?

Nope you can upgrade your RAM, same old warranty rules, its your PC to upgrade as you like, if you break anything doing it, that will void your warranty.
