soon it will be in pre production stage which will seem the longest. Mine now has been in pre production for 4 working days (went from processing on thurs 20th to production 21st) I'm hoping by next Monday mine goes to build but will see thier busy again now. I heard they get like 5+ new orders a day. A bit of experiance i've learned is to buy a PC litrally a day before i go on holiday so when i come back my waiting sin't as painful >.<

Mine was built today by good ole Sanj.
Testing and configuring starts tomorrow - my processed date was the 11th so things are moving along nicely.

Mine was ordered on the 15th, i was beginning to get a little worried about the long 'pre-production' period, at least others are in the same boat as me.., all this waiting is killing me!

Thank's for the comment's!We build some huge machine's and little one too,and to be honest there's not enough hour's in the day to keep up as we make sure all the builder's including myself are focused on that particular build and taking the time needed to make sure the customer would be happy with the end result!:)

From what I know pre production is the longest stage I'm afraid, but once it moves into builing it usually goes quick. I paid for fast track as I'm impatient when it comes to getting the stuff ordered.

Ahh the pain! As you saw my computer was ordered with a Sandy Bridge processor. Taking it into consideration of where to go from here. As the issue is limited to the 3gb/s ports, and i have 4 6gb/s ports. I'm considering going ahead with the order, just depends what transpires in the next few days..

Yea same. I will only ever have a DVD drive, HDD and SDD (in the future) connected and these will all be connected to the 6.0gb/s ports and still have one spare. I think I will still go ahead with mine, I cant wait another month and a half ish and i would still prefer to have the 2nd Gen i7
