“1 to 2 days to Ireland” is not the case NOW. No one gets anything to Ireland from UK in 1 to 2 days now. That was a pre-Brexit possibility.Delivery timeframes from a company are never guaranteed. They are expected delivery timeframes given out based on hundreds, if not thousands of other orders and it's possible for some parcels to become delayed. No matter what company you're ordering from a delay with a courier is always possible

While PCS is potentially covered from litigation through its T&Cs, it is probably an ethical question for PCS - whether to give its customers a more realistic timeline.
