100c is thermally throttling. Saying “it won’t damage the laptop” is redundant, the CPU can not operate within normal thresholds under those temps.Just for reference, this was the last email I received, the second to say that its safe and wont damage the laptop:

Sure my colleague has already checked with the relevant team and I have also doubled checked with relevant team and they confirmed that it’s normal for that particular laptop to run 90-100 degree and won’t harm your laptop.

The point is, whilst 94c is “manageable”, if there is still 50% fan capacity that’s available then it’s certainly not optimal and most users would prefer lower temps sacrificing some noise. I would say mid to high 80’s would be optimal on any CPU. That chassis obviously has no problems cooling, so that should be utilised.
