Fans for pcs

Short answer - No it wont destroy your PC or reduce its lifetime, it probably will impact 'performance' (in terms of loudness).
Longer answer:
I'm not sure what you're asking... You can't just 'keep adding fans' there aren't enough connection points or mounting points on your case.
But if you add too many you might have a detrimental impact on air flow and it'll be MUCH louder.

Oh sorry it’s just when I was checking the upgrade feature it says I can have three more fans. I don’t know though maybe PCS got mixed up.

Ok, you certainly can have more fans, but why do you want them? More doesn't always mean better...
Its probably better if you post your full spec and we can discuss it if needs be - or if you already have a thread discussing your spec add this question in there about if its worth it or now.

I have the PCs p209, not that great for airflow I know but it looked nice so I bought it

If the motherboard supports RGB fans it would say “RGB ready” or “ARGB ready” but you can get controller boxes with some fans that can be used for motherboards that don’t support RGB.
Don't you get a controller with it and I checked my manual and it has 1 rgb header so would that mean I need to have splitters or I guess will I need to give PCS splitters.
