Fan setup question

Hi, I finally received my PC today, very happy!

I just have a question about the fan setup which seems off to me.

The CPU cooler (Corsair H115i RGB PLATINUM Hydro) is mounted on the front and the 3 RGB fans on the top, with a couple of stock fans on the bottom. The case is a Fractal Meshify S2.

Doesn't it make more sense to have the 3 RGB fans on the front as intake and the CPU cooler fans on the top?
Just wanted to ask the experts out there, maybe I'm wrong

Urm, yes, imho you’re absolutely right. Also, having the radiator with the tubes at the top is going to cause poor circulation.

I would log this with PCS so they’re aware, and if you’re comfortable doing it yourself, just swap them over. If not, then it’s probably worth an RMA.

Was a bit of a tight squeeze with the ram but got there in the end:

Yeah didn't look right. But yeah other than the ram tightness the only other obstacle was the crazy cable management, i think i had to cut through at least 10 cable ties to free up the fan cables

You did a really good job! Might get PCS knocking at your door offering you a job

Hah! Bit of a stretch but I did used to build PCs as a weekend job in the 90’s
