Fan not spinning

Hi, I just had my pc delivered today and the middle fan isn't spinning on the case. anyone any ideas what I can do?

It's likely to be a loose connection. Would you be comfortable unplugging it and plugging it back in?

Should be! I'd have a google of where the fan headders are on your mobo to make sure you're unplugging the right thing! (baring in mind there will be multiple 😂

Got it ☺️ the power wasn't connected, I'm not sure if it came out in transit or they hadn't been connected in the first place but either way I've put the power back in and now it's all working.
