Fan issue on vyper help

Hello people,

I am just curious to know why all of a sudden the control center thinks my CPU is at 89 degrees? I have reinstalled it and same result. I know the CPU is around 40 degrees from real temp, thing is, this issue has only cropped up the past few days. What this means is that the fans are noticeable in office mode, which it wasn't before until a few days ago. temps.PNG

Could there be something wrong?

Thanks

Its absolutely great. Went with the standard rtx 2070 as it performs around the same as the super in this chasis but saves alot of money. The response time is really quick, much quicker than my 144hz monitor. The screen does suffer from IPS glow but im still undecided whether it is minimal or not. Still shouldnt distract as most laptops from pcspecialist will probably suffer from thia since most screens are from a similar vendor. Most of the time it isnt noticeable.

The CPU gets 4000 in cinebench r20 before undervolt. It really is good. Runs hot tho at around 96 degrees under load, however, thats to be expected as some ryzen and intel laptops reach past 100 degrees. The gpu runs around 82 degrees in games, and the cpu around 80-90 in games.

Framerates are top notch. Runs as good as a stock gtx 1080 desktop, my 1080 is overclocked so it does have an edge over the rtx 2070 mobile.

It is a brilliant laptop, surprised at how light it is.
