I've been using one monitor for around a year now (plugged into my graphics card) and now I want to have a second one, I've been trying to plug it into my motherboard as that's where the other HDMI port is but it doesn't work and comes up with "No signal" can I get some help?

Is this a PC Specialist computer?

What system do you have? In particular, CPU, graphics card and motherboard. Generally all displays should be plugged into your graphics card; it sounds like you don't have onboard graphics on the CPU and they wouldn't perform well anyway.

Your graphics card probably has other outputs that you can adapt to HDMI, probably Display Port and maybe DVI.
