Don’t know how to activate rgb on front fans

Hello I bought a pc on pc specialist but I don't know how to activate the rgb on the front fans because when I turn on my pc the fans don't make lights and I looked and there is no button to control the leds on the pc but normally it's fans make lights so I would like to know how to activate the rgb on my fans.

I have no idea what case that is, I’d give PCS a call directly.

No it just restart the computer

That case looks like the same one that was in the Inferno R4 review system....according to that review the case is " PC Specialist’s mid-tower 628BG case" which I believe is the Solleron SR-628BG:
