Cuda is enabled at a driver level.
Are you using the professional drivers or gaming drivers?
Can you post full specs from the order page?

None of us work for PCS just so you know.
Cuda is always enabled, it's a hardware feature of the GPU, it's likely the driver just wasn't configured correctly.

There are 2 separate drivers professional and gaming, you need to have the correct one installed.
That's not something PCS would do, that's up to the customer.

@CharlesStewart399 given the problems you’re having, I’m not certain that your windows is configured. Did you order with or without windows?
