Delivery times

Hi all,

Not sure if this is the right place but I was just wondering what sort of timescales people have been waiting for custom built desktops? I was given a timescale of 4-7 working days and I’m past that now and still in the processing status!

Processing is the longest part of the process. You're basically in a queue and the estimated time is based on the time of ordering, Generally at the minute it seems to be taking about 5-10 working days to enter production. Once in production the build usually takes a couple of hours then a day for testing and packing for despatch

Have faith mate I know the wait is excruciating but you're not far away

Yeah we've all been there, think I checked the status a couple of times an hour when waiting on mine it's brutal
