Delivery condition

Hi all,
So I finally received my PC today. (3 days later than I was told). PCS graciously provided a pre-10:30 am delivery for me.~
However when it arrived, the box was like this.
This is my 4th order from PCS and until the awaiting dispatch stage for this order, I've never had a problem. Since then I've been told false information, been palmed off by what feels like a Friday afternoon job and then, as I said my PC was packaged like this. I have sent an email to the enquiries team, I just wanted to express my disappointed as you guys here have been such a great help.

First of all sorry to hear about the issues with dispatch and with the state of your system. Could I trouble you to PM me your order number so I can look into it further?

Also side topic what phone do you have? (Your images have the same lens dot as mine)

Galaxy S10+, but I do have a crack in the camera which I think causes the issues. and I'll drop you a PM now.
