purchased one of these a couple of weeks ago expecting it to be fast and zippy having recieved it it seems very slugish if you open more than one folder at a time it takes a while to open also evry few hours screen goes randomly black and i have to hard reset it any ideas

re installed windows 11 from scratch now its asking for lan or wifi driver and then probably going to want other drivers where can i obtain these please

Login to the main website...once logged in, it will bring you to your account page. Click on the "Tech Support" option and there should be a "downloads" sub heading...click that and all the necessary drivers should be there to download
