CPU Advice please (Intel 14th Gen 1700)

Morning all!
I've had nothing but trouble with an i9 14900K CPU since purchasing on 11th Feb last year!
Intel has just processed a refund and now I'm looking at getting a replacement, only I want to avoid the unstability, crashes and numerous issues I experienced.

I'm somewhat familiar with the issue(s) the Intel 14th gen CPUs have and this is making it very hard for me to make a decision.
I'm currently looking at the i9-14900F - is this a good substitute? Am I even asking the right questions?

I'm running:
ASUS TUF GAMING Z790 PLUS WIFI
128GB RAM (4x32GB) Corsair DDR5 Vengeance Black, PC5-44800 (5600)
ASUS NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060
2 x 1TB M.2s & SSDs etc

Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks
