Hi all,
I haven’t spoken to tech support yet as I wasn’t sure if I was being thick, so didn’t want to waste their time.
I purchased a Cosmos IX (10750h, 16gb ram, 1650ti) and it arrived yesterday. Really impressed with the build, however one thing that’s bothering me. I specced the laptop without an OS and have installed a fresh copy of W10 pro. When I installed the drivers from my online dashboard I noticed the sound cinema app was advising it wasn’t able to find the speakers. I had sound however it wasn’t very good. So I uninstalled and reinstalled the Realtek drivers, uninstalled the sound blaster app and since then the sound blaster app has vanished, I can see it in device manager (that along with a creative install) however I still feel the speakers are pretty bad.
Is this just to be expected with this laptop, am I expecting too much or have I done something really stupid? As mentioned I can no longer see the sound blaster app so I’m unsure if I’ve done something wrong.
Many thanks,
Matt
