Unfortunately this issue has started again regarding booting my PC (the suggestions from some of the users in the thread had helped solve it earlier) https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/forums/threads/new-amd-ryzen-9-5950x-rtx-3080.86864/post-658654. So I have to keep turning the power switch off and on everytime, I want to turn the machine on (I'm hoping if done too often it does not mess up the PSU or cause other issues).
Does anyone know whats the best/quickest way to contact PC specialist tech support regarding this - via chat or phone or this email [email protected] ? I've heard/read from some other comments in the forum that it can take a while to get an agent to help out ? I have platinum warranty if that helps ?
Also, what do they normally do - ask for the kit to be sent to them to look at or is it something they can check by remote logging into the machine ?
I'm hoping its not a fault with the motherboard :C .
