Tried multiple settings medium / high / ultra same issue.

Done all windows updates etc, suppose ill just have a to wait and hope collect request gets approved soon..

I think that’s the right approach, if it’s still happening after a reinstall, then it’s most likely a hardware issue somewhere.

Were you able to test it at all before installing the games? Did it behave itself after the reinstall (but before installing the games)? Did you install anything else apart from the games? Did you plug any hardware in after the install? Did you make any config changes after the install?

I'm asking because it's not uncommon to 'reinstall the problem'. After a clean install of Windows you have the most stable platform possible, but as soon as you plug other hardware in and especially as soon as you install additional software you increase the probability of reinstalling the problem. It might still be, as you said in your first post, that the game is at fault, or something related to the game.

You really don't want to go through the time and trouble of an RMA until you are 100% certain that it's a hardware problem. The only way to be close to 100% certain is if it fails with nothing but a clean reinstall of Windows running....
