Computer does 5 beeps on startup, no display

I have just moved my PC from upstairs to downstairs and all of a sudden it won't display anything. Upon startup it doesn't do the usual short beep after 5 seconds or so, instead it plays 5 half-second long beeps after about 12 seconds.
Everything seems to be okay apart from that, I managed to blindly open a game and was still able to hear sound, I was able to shut down the PC using the keyboard and power it back on, it didn't make a difference.
I have had this PC for about a year and encountered no issues until now.
*I have just noticed the motherboard also has a flashing red light

Any help?

Can you post your specs from order pages?
Are the five beeps short, long or a combination of both?

Unfortunately I don't know if I would be able to get the order pages as it was a gift from someone.
The beeps are about half a second long, I have uploaded an unlisted YouTube video if you'd like to hear.

We'd need the full specs please before we can offer any advice.

Do you know the manufacturer of the motherboard at least? Or post a pic of it?

Can you also take a pic of the back of the PC showing where you’ve plugged the monitor cable?
