computer crashing when playing games.

Quick update guys I have decided to rma my pc again. This time I am getting black screen when gaming. Then screen goes green. Blue etc.. Then he restarts and goes back to login Id. I went into safe mode uninstalled gpu drivers using ddu. Reinstalled gpu drivers and still having same issue. Been on phone. They collecting sometime tomorrow..
Sounds like something more serious is happening, such a pain mate but hopefully RMA sorts the issue

Yh. They told me it could be my mouse and keyboard as both razer. Went out bought new keyboard and mouse. Coraisr. Still having issues.. They then said could be gpu related again. They looked on my system. They said nothing on comp to cause crashing. As I only have 1 game installed at moment. So been called back

Man that sucks. It sounds like there is something pretty wrong with that PC. I hope your RMA gets turned around quickly.

I am hoping so aswell. If its my gpu then that will be 3 gpu replacement I will have had. No software on pc when crashing only 1 game. Bought new keyboard and mouse got told that might be causing issue. Still same issue. Reinstalled windows 5+times. 2 new nvme drives replaced. Motherboard been replaced. Cpu been replaced..

That's utterly bizarre. You've basically had the whole PC replaced. It must be software surely.

Well. When I spoke to a person who works for pcs. He checked it all over and he said the no software on at all to be causing issue only steam and 1 game.. He asked if I could install another game which I did was still crashing. He said I am sorry but can't understand what could be causing it. I'll recall back in

When they reinstalled windows for me.. The bloke used system remote. Updated everything and he even installed steam and a game. Crashed for him. But not showing in even viewer

The error code that showing up in event viewer is
nvlddmkm. The bloke who was checking it all said he never heard of it. He tried doing other stuff and was getting same code. reason he told me to rma machine

Well drivers been uninstalled and reinstalled.. Everything upto date. The bloke I spoke to checked everything and is all upto date. He messed around with gpu driver. And was crashing on him.That's a standard nvidia driver:

He changed something in power option. Changed from 100% to 95% to see if thay would work. Crashed straight away. And changed some other settings in power option still having issue

Had a update about my rma. They think it's either a faulty gpu or it's overheating. Hopefully not long before I get it back now.

One of the staff filled in the rma and when they changed settings etc. I tried game again it crashed when I was on phone to them
When playing the game, the system crashes (red and green silhouette, shadow outline), the system cuts out, then restarts, back to the login screen, next crashing can be imminent when loading game up again.
- Reinstalled Windows - 5 -6 times, makes no difference.
- MemTest = Passed after 8hrs
== PCS troubleshooting ==
- Checked event viewer = NVLDDMKM.sys error
- CMD - SFC scannow = NFF (Last done was Wednesday 26/01/22)
- Set max processor state to 95%
- Disabled fastboot in the control panel
- Restarted computer, made changes, played gamed for < 5 minutes, crashed, black screen (red and green silhouette of the game character), the system then shuts down and cuts out, then restarts.
- Customer has tried to downclock the RAM, which made no difference
