Coil Whine + small rattling sound with no apparent cause

I assume the gpu oil whine under load is nothing to worry about but it did only start after the first time i dusted computer. However there is also now sometimes a cricket like noise and a small rattling noise at random times like when i first turn on, sometimes when gaming and sometimes when im just doing nothing. Is this something to worry about and take somewhere to get it checked out or is it fine to just leave? The noise is annoying on top of the already quite loud fans for some reason even though nothing is running hot. But i have no idea where the sound is coming from and my pc is getting very loud its annoying now. I have gtx 1650, i5 12400f and then all pcs fans that came with the build.
