code 43 on NVIDIA Ge force RTX 3060 graphic card

I have a code 43 on way NVIDIA Geforce RTX 3060, saying windows has shut down the graphics card due to a problem , I have ran a driver uninstall programme and installed an up to date driver downloaded from NVIDIA, but i still have green flickering lines on my screen and a code 43 on the device manager .
