Clueless and requesting assistance with build!

Hello, I'm looking for some help buying a new PC.

I actually bought my last PC in 2015 from here after reading a bunch of threads and copying what people had suggested. I bought a "ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1070 Ti MINI 8GB GDDR5" in 2019, I don't know how transferable to a new build that is but I'm happy to buy a new one now and keep this in my current PC as I'm planning on keeping it for work anyway.

Budget - 1800-2kish. Can go a little more if it's worth it.
Uses - Gaming, streaming. Ideally, I'd like to play everything with high graphics settings while streaming to Discord without any issues.
Monitor - My first monitor is a Dell S2721DGFA (165Hz, 27"), my other is a BENQ GL2760H (60hz, 24”). I was planning on buying another Dell at some point.

I've stolen someone else's spec that had similar uses/budget because I genuinely wouldn't know where start creating one myself. Hope that's alright. Any help you guys could provide would be brilliant. Cheers :)

MOST VALUED CONTRIBUTOR
Cool, this is a great start. It's definitely a slightly indulgent build, but not in a bad way. There's a couple of changes I'd make. The 3060 is a 1080p card (and out of stock!), whereas the monitor you have is 1440p 165Hz, where the 3060 Ti is a much better bet. You can save slightly elsewhere by getting a lesser tier motherboard and a slightly lesser power supply. Neither is a problem if you over-spec them, but it's really not necessary.

Thank you mate for the reply. I'll probably go ahead and get the one you suggested. Can I ask about the ram, my friend was banging on about 32GB instead of 16. Is there a noticeable difference between them?

32 is the standard for games like microsoft flight sim and heavily modded games your average gamer wont use more then 16gb you can always add in more if your ever required it
