Clevo recoil 16 "Command center" app freeze, doesnt respond.

Hi i just reinstalled windows on my "Clevo recoil 16" and the command center app just freeze loading and none of the functions are working .
Can anyone help with a download link or if someone had it ? I send an email to PCspecialist.
