Clevo MS 1763 drivers

Got an older PC specialist laptop and can't seem to find drivers on the main clevo site.

The problem is the fans keep spinning up to max on idle, and the bar along the top of the keyboard no longer works and wondering if it's driver based.

I have opened and cleaned out any excess dust from the fans and heatsinks and measured temperatures of cpu, gpu and onboard Intel graphics all sitting around 30-45

But the fans keep randomly running to max

Any help appreciated

Without clevo control center installed, that will happen?

Unfortunately it was ordered through my work a while ago, so I don't have access to the order page to pull back those details. The Clevo Model underneath is MS-1763 and the serial number I have attached if that helps.

Running a wmic baseboard command also produces the MS-1763 as the product

Unfortunately can't get anything else

If that’s the correct model number, that’s not a clevo or PCSpecialist chassis, it’s MSI.

Hi,

See attached the pictures from underneath the laptop and under the battery with the model number shown. as well as a sticker on the bottom not sure if that is relevant

I thought it was MSI as well if that helps

Yeah you are right it looks like MSI chassis? Definitely PC Spec build though, see attached. Any idea where I would go for those drivers?

You sir, are a scholar and a gentleman, thanks so much for sticking with me

Hugely appreciated!
No problem, let us know if you have any difficulties, I didn't realise PCS used to do MSI chassis, but that label on the bottom is defintely a PCS label.
