I wouldn’t put the cooler in from the above post, the 5600X comes with a quality one bundled with it so it’s unnecessary expenditure.

The Samsung M.2 is also a bit of a luxury, the PCS one is perfectly adequate. I’d put that money elsewhere. In this case... the GPU. The 2060 would be woeful with the OP’s monitor. I’ve put the 3070 in place (might actually be worth waiting for the 3060Ti as that’ll be at least £100 cheaper, bringing you in under budget and will likely eat 1440p 144Hz for breakfast).
