Hello people,
Will use this build for heavy gaming, I intend to play Microsoft flight simulator on it and other very demanding games. I’m intending to buy a 1440 p monitor as well. Opinions ?

This is what i'd recommend, I've changed the 3080 to a 3070 as that is all you need for 1440p, played around with the storage slightly, upgraded the PSU to 850W (more headroom for future upgrades), upgraded the cooler, removed bullguard (its nothing but trouble) and upgraded to silver warranty

Microsoft flight sim is not like other games when it comes to resolution and refresh rate. A 3080ti will just about manage 1080p and 60hz at full settings.

You want to spec as high a gpu as you can afford.
