Case Fans - No Light After First Start-Up?

My PC was delivered today and when powering on for the first time, the front 3 fans on the CORSAIR OBSIDIAN SERIES™ 500D SE CASE lit-up fine and so did the rear single Corsair LL120 RGB LED Fan. Now all 4 fans have stopped lighting up although they are spinning as needed.

iCUE was presintalled on my computer and it's up-to-date but I don't see any option to turn the lighting back on. Nor do I know why the lights turned off. I don't think I did anything in iCUE to warrant them turning the lights off. All I did was download Razer Synapse and Steam as my first actions. During that time period of within 10 minutes, the lights switched off.

I restarted the computer and it didn't help.

Occam's Razor tells me it's the razer software.

It's either that or the fans have been disconnected from the commander pro. I think the commander is OK as it's showing up in iCue.

Is your cooler and RAM working OK?

I managed to configure iCUE to recognise the front 3 fans and light them up again (see Lighting Channel 1 below) but I don’t know how to configure the rear light. Do you have any ideas please?

Cooler and Ram working perfectly!

In your last screenshot. At the bottom of the middle fan there is a page indicator. Click on the circle without the fill and that will take you to the next page, which will house the rear fan :)

In the lighting setup shown in your second picture the rear fan may be connected to the same RGB hub; in which case then you should select "4 fans are connected" for lighting channel 1 and none for channel 2.

Thank you also! It looks like I just had to configure Lighting Channel 1 to say 4 fans instead of 3 :) Cheers!

I have found that iCUE can have some settings messed up if you use other software, such as HWINFO etc, that monitors the same parameters as iCUE. If that happens then close down the other software and then in iCUE select settings->iCUE settings->Restart iCUE Service, and things seem to get resolved.
