Can't upgrade

Hello, Im having a problem while try to upgrade my ram. For some reason I keep on getting a message when I try to proceed. I'm not trying to buy a m.2 drive and I haven't selected one so I'm not sure what the problem is. Below I left two screenshots of the message and the m.2 drive boxes being empty.

Could be just a bug in the configurator. I'd suggest giving PCS a call to get the order placed as they'll be able to look into it in more detail.

Do you have a screeny of your full order and a link to your current spec it can then be passed across to admins to see if it is a bug.

Mine is still borked since the beginning of the year (or at least since AM5 has been released).

I am so tempted to ask PCS to put that 7800X3D upgrade they're showing on my account straight into my AM4 system for me

The link for some reason doesn't work I will still post it but it brings you to completely different specs. - https://www.pcspecialist.co.uk/saved-configurations/intel-z590-pc/BSuK0Cf2aR/

For the full order I'm guessing you mean what im trying to upgrade -

I wonder if it's because your original build was configured with only a SATA SSD storage drive, and no m.2 at all?

I take it the same issue occurs if you remove the SSD from it?

Incidentally, you can get that Samsung SSD £10 cheaper from a well-known retailer (that sounds suspiciously like a South American river ;))
Yeah lol I don't even need to order a internal component. I tried to order a keyboard as a test to see if that will work and it asked for the m.2 drive again. Also thanks for the info😂

The upgrade area is definitely bugged as, if I try to upgrade my old computer, now, not only do I still get the RAID issue listed above (despite RAID being n/a in the order and never having been included), am now also getting the GPU error as above:

Edit: I have just tried some testing and, even if I try to upgrade with the lowest GPU (the NVIDIA 710), it is giving the GPU warning (and the ever present RAID one)
To get rid of the raid error, you need to go into raid and select "None" that should fix it.
