Cant identify which fan is REALLY loud

You can manually pair controls to fans. The two GPU ones are self explantory. Fan #2 is probably the H150 pump RPM, so you can hide it and the control linked to it, as you don't need to control that, iCUE will. So that leaves Fan#3, which is hopefully the front case fans. If you link that fan to which ever control seems to change it, hopefully you'll be able to use Fan Control now.

Note, that sometimes to ensure iCUE is not interfering, you have to exit the application AND stop Corsair services.
