Cant change rgb fans or cpu cooler rgb

Hi! I bought this pc My PC. I dont have the led button in the case next to power on button. I also tried to change the colors in Icue and Aura Sync but it didnt work?

i would really appreciate if someone could help me. Usually the fans change color but today they have been same color all the time, no idea what i should do.

You’ll have to give us the FULL config from your PCS account (if you don’t have one, you’ll need o call to register for support), so that we can an see exactly what components we’re working with.

From the pictures, I can‘t see any Corsair RGB components, so that’s why nothing is controllable in iCUE, so I’d completely uninstall that to avoid conflicts.

The case fans and cooler will be motherboard software controlled (depending on the case manufacturer)…so Aura I assume if the basic Prime motherboard supports it.

I suspect this may be one of those cases where the reset button normally cycles through the case colours. But if you hold it down for a certain number of seconds it toggles the RGB control from the case to the motherboard.

Try just pressing the reset button a few times and see if the case colour change. Be prepared for it to reset the PC of course! If it doesn’t, press and hold it for about 5 seconds and then try tapping it again, see if it changes.

That’s just for the case, for the cooler you’d need the motherboard RGB software
