TGIF...but due to only now realising someone had overwritten an important file (backed up, but will take 2 weeks to get back from the off-site storage, and we don't actually know when it was originally overwritten) I've got a whole day of data entry to copy 32 pages of historic commodity contract prices into Excel before I finish for the day - and I'm currently running at about 3 pages an hour 🤬 when I'm not seething and going onto the internet instead 🤨

I've a week of missed shipments, every single day there was a problem and projects are now running a week behind that should be finished today. Not my fault but my problem so I've had a particularly crap week... Brexit can ram it

Brexit has a lot to do with the UK situation...but I work on a global scale, and I can tell you the distribution headaches and price rises are happening EVERYWHERE...so don't blame it all on Brexit.

(I didn't get to vote BTW, as I was stuck in 7 hours of traffic coming back from the office in London to Liverpool - but our region voted to stay in the EU - and I do postal voting now)

I work in global distribution too mate, can say with confidence we're extra screwed in this part of the world. I'm in N. Ireland by the way, which got shafted extra hard by Brexit. We voted as a majority to stay in the EU as well

The usual delays everywhere across the world yes, but anything coming here through or from the UK has obscene inconsistency and god forbid anything due to N. Ireland from the rest of the UK lands in Dublin

Got an email from my kids school regarding school meals saying there may be last minute substitutions going forward due to supply issues. 🙄

I appreciate that there are connections here but can we please be careful to avoid bringing Brexit into the debate? It's a very contentious issue for many people on both sides of the argument and things could get very heated very quickly. :)
