Hi everyone! I am planning to buy a laptop from here. I saw that the warranty (silver) has a 1 year collect and return, 1 year parts and 3 (or 1) years labour (if I am not mistaken). Could anyone please explain what does “collect and return” “parts” and “labour” mean in this context? Thank you in advance!

Collect and return is the shipping costs each way.

Parts are the cost of replacement parts.

labour is the cost of labour taken to undergo the fix.

It’s 3 years labour included with all warranties.

The 'collect and return' means that for that time period they will pay the courier charges for collecting from and returning to you (so that's for the first year if you have the silver warranty) - if you need to send it back to them after that year for a repair, you would have to pay the courier charges.

The 'parts' is them replacing faulty components - so you get a basic 1 year warranty on parts (with silver), though some of the manufacturers have longer than that and they will try and use the manufacturers warranty if they can if your 1 years parts warranty is passed but is still covered by the manufacturers warranty.

Labour just means they wont charge you for the time spent working on your machine (whether you're still in parts warranty or not)
