Hi, looking some advice please.
A buyer has been asked to get a new member of staff a workstation to use Autodesk software, specifically:
- AutoCAD 2024; AutoCAD MEP 2021; AutoCAD MEP 2022
- Fabrication CADmep 2019; Fabrication CADmep 2020; Fabrication CADmep 2021; Fabrication CADmep 2022; Fabrication CADmep 2023; Fabrication CADmep 2024
- Navisworks Manage 2022 (BIM 360); Navisworks Manage 2022
- Revit 2019; Revit 2020; Revit 2021; Revit 2022; Revit 2023; Revit 2024 (eventually Revit 2025)
All these versions are needed as clients send models in with only version 2019 for example, and may ask for the model back at a later date.
So far they've come back with:
- Off the shelf HP Z2 Tower Intel i9 | 32GB RAM | 2TB SSD | Win11 Pro | RTX A4000 20GB
- Custom Intel I9 | 32GB RAM | 2TB SSD | Win 11 Pro | RTX 4070 12GB
I'm completely in that dark about all this, so any follow up questions / advice is welcome.
