I understand that I have probably made some excessive choices, as it is my first build any advice and guidance would be much apprenticed.
First of all I look to no needed to upgrade my computer for a good while, I also currently run a 1920x1080 144hz but would be looking to push above 200hz hopefully with the new build. I will be streaming and gaming ( alot ) I do want to push high end specs and fps. I want to try and stick to RGB due to wanting my computer for show on my new setup as well (setting up a full gaming room) any advice you have would be massively appreciated, even if downgrading is a good option I would love to hear it. Well, it seems your budget is around the £2600-2700 mark based on the spec. Honestly, I'd be looking to step up to a 1440p 144Hz monitor rather than going beyond 200Hz on 1080p.

Anyway, this would be more than enough for 1440p 144Hz gaming and would leave enough for a decent monitor:

As for getting 200Hz+ at 1080p, no clue on the GPU demands

Would there be any monitors you would recommend specifically for 1440p 144hz

High performance Streaming/Gaming Rig!!

My main aim with this build is for gaming/streaming at high performance. It is also for show hence the RGB look im going for. I am looking for some advice on which monitors to aim for and the resolution. I currently run standard 1980x1080 144hz. I am curious on what resolution scale I should aim for and what hhz. What's your max budget?

You should be aiming for 1440p 144mhz or possibly even ultrawide. There's several people on here with extensive knowledge who can help you.

Your system is probably overpowered I think, so is mine, but you have done a good job. Your case will probably need looking at, for airflow and temp, you should up the WiFi to ax200, your motherboard is possibly unnecessary(people will be able to tell you) and you don't need bullguard. Windows defender is good enough. Up the warranty to silver for £5 more.

Case selected for the "bling" but can be changed if you prefer something else (the case you selected wasn't available) and have removed the RGB fan kit as the case won't support it due to the cooler.

yeah it seemed like the case picked in the first place has been removed, and from the motherboard change what are the differences from the HERO to the TUF?

I'm after a case thats got the glass side panel and between the cooler and mouse and keyboard I have its enough lights to play with lol. I dont mind more, but not seeking it.
I also like the appearance of it, the 220 is a little nicer but i read it wasnt as good for airflow by comparison.
Current case is £56, I could probably go up to £150 but would look at £80/£100 at a ceiling for case unless it was exceptional.
I'll look at the others you have mentioned.

The reviews I saw said about the cutouts on the front could do with being wider, and the filder is a pretty heavy and dense mesh, so the fans have to produce more static pressure for same airflow. The 275r apparently has an easier time with it.
I shall keep looking, I can change the case easily enough i have a good week before any building starts.

275R is an excellent case for airflow. I think it's out of stock though. Something like the Lian Li or the Mid-range Coolermasters would be good as well.

The 220 Airflow edition is a good case too. It is a little less premium though so the fans etc are a bit nosier.

Hey guys, made a few posts so far just to get a better understanding of building computers as its my first one. My main aim here is to make sure the airflow and temperature would work.. trying to find the right case has been the hardest part, if anyone has some ideas please feel free to post them or mail me with some links or names to have a look.
My budget for a build is probably £2,800. Price can sway either way providing its an upgrade or downgrade that's worth it.
