Build for 1440P Gaming

Hi guys,

Just looking for some feedback on this build. Any suggestions on weak areas to improve on please ?
I want to be able to play at ultra settings on new and upcoming AAA games @1440p with 100+ FPS.
I will be using a Samsung G7 240hz 1440p monitor.

Have you bought the monitor already? The G7 is a very good monitor, but its 240hz refresh rate is wasted on 99% of the population as we physically can't see a difference when going above 120 fps or so.
Is this build purely for gaming? Any streaming, editing, rendering, photoshop etc?
What is your budget for the build?

It was gifted to me 😀
The build will be mainly for gaming and my budget is around €2,500.

For purely gaming you can scale back the build in some areas.
16GB of RAM is plenty for AAA titles, 32GB is reserved for MSFS 2020 and some heavily modded titles.
Restructured your cooling to include a super fast 980 pro for OS and programs, a fast m.2 PCS SSD for your games, and a HDD for general storage.
For gaming the standard cooler will be fine, the H100i is in budget, but it will be overkill. (although quiet, very pretty overkill!)
