BSOD on first day of usage, cannot even start in safe mode

Stop code: CRITITCAL_PROCESS_DIED

I cannot find the memory dump nor minidump.

I can't "reset this pc" - end in an error regardless of which option I choose (keep my files and remove everything, and within these both "cloud download" and "local reinstall" fail).

Non of the start up options in "Start up settings" work. I can't get past the troubleshooting/advanced settings screen on starting with any of these options.

I've tried "uninstalling updates", ends in an error unable to do this.

System restore ends in an error.

I've tried running sfc /scannow in the command prompt, but that ends in a failure to perform action.

Any ideas?

Can you post your full specs from the order page?

The BSOD Doctor
This is going to sound daft (but it's based on experience). Before you do the clean install, undo the locking screw and remove the M.2 drive, tell it what a lovely drive it is and then replace it, ensuring it's fully home and replace the locking screw (no need to lock that screw down massively tight).

We've had a couple of builds this year have strange issues that were solved by re-seating the M.2 SSD card - so it's worth your time. :)

You might also check as well that the graphics card is fully seated and that both RAM sticks are fully home. Popping these out and back in is the best way to do that.

Stuff does sometimes come a tad loose in transit unfortunately.
